Pressure Dynamics are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage our Perth based Service Department.
Our Service Department provides onsite and workshop based fluid power maintenance and repairs to a diverse range of products and equipment.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and repairs
• Trade Qualifications relevant to the industry
• A strong leadership style with excellent organisation skills
• Be independent and resourceful
• Be computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
You will be responsible for:
• Supervising, managing and motivating staff within the operation of the workshop to achieve quality results
• Scheduling work to meet deadlines
• Managing time and resources
• Ensuring the quality and standards of work produced
• Ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards
