Solidworks now at Pressure Dynamics !
Solidworks now sees Pressure Dynamics completely utilising eight full time engineering staff members to generate fully functioning hydraulic/mechanical concepts in a 3D visual environment. Clients are able to see the entire design process and make relevant additions or changes early in the design process which alleviates costly rework and customer dissatisfaction. Solidworks also speeds up design times as most parts are reused in various projects. Pressure Dynamics has grown its 3D parts library to over 2000 parts ready to use at anytime for any project.
While I’m sure this impresses you, where Solidworks is taking us next will impress you even more. Solidworks currently has a side program called DriveWorks Express. DriveWorks Express is a design tool that automates construction. In laymen’s terms, you put in the required dimensions and it produces the 3D model and associated drawings.
We hope this technology can soon be applied to other areas within our engineering service like HPU frames, control panels and more. This technology is definitely the way of the future to reduce product costs and improve delivery time to customers.
