Service Department
Quality equipment requires quality care. Pressure Dynamics is proud to have one of the best Service teams in the business offering testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement services.
Pressure Dynamics Service Department offers the flexibility and know-how required by the rapidly changing faces of the oil, gas, and mining industries. Whether on land, offshore, or sub-surface, we have the ability to undertake troubleshooting, offer on-site technical support, plant pressure testing and diagnostic fault finding.
With state of the art technology and unmatched technical expertise, Pressure Dynamics offers testing facilities with the ability to undertake hydrostatic testing of up to 20,000psi (1379 bar) of both hydraulic and water glycol components. Pressure Dynamics uses a state-of–the art variable drive pump test bench as well as a dedicated component test bench. A fleet of service vehicles equipped with portable test and fault diagnostic equipment is available to undertake field and on-site testing.
Pressure Dynamics has the ability to undertake the repair of components valves, cylinders, accumulators, or even overhaul HPUs. We can assist in the commissioning of parts from our trusted suppliers and provie a hire service for power units.

Repair and Maintenance
In addition to supporting our engineering group with testing and service facilities, we offer a repair and replacement service as an entity in itself.
Our service department also offers programmed care and maintenance packages to suit specific plant.
Installation
We carry out major pipe and hose installations in the field can can prepare kits of pre-made hoses or pre-bent tubes in our workshop. We have the most advanced hose making machinery and tube bending tools available.
Testing
Water Glycol, Pump Motor Testing, Mineral Oil Pump & Motor, Cylinder and Valve Testing can all be undertaken at Pressure Dynamics.
